Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Report and assist Head of Business Development to lead and coordinate local & international Expression of Interest, Pre-qualifications, and Tenders;
• Maintain active interaction and develop relations with clients and consultants;
• Involve in strategic business development and explore business opportunities;
• Maintain and update the Company’s CRM system;
• Close coordination with our offices in China, SE Asia, and Middle East.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant business development experience, preferably in architecture, interior, landscape design firms or related construction fields;
• Excellent computer literacy in MS Office and Adobe Software;
• Excellent command of spoken & written Chinese & English, including Mandarin;
• Good communications, coordination, and managerial skills;
• Energetic, social, and outgoing with interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Business Development Executive;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
