Responsibilities: Discover and develop business opportunities in Australia and APAC region Track, investigate, and analyze industry trends and market research, with emphasis on the local market Create goals and objectives with a Business Development Strategy, following up on market opportunities and strategies in Australia Oversee and manage relations with BD department of the UNStudio offices. Primarily Amsterdam and Shanghai Produce fee proposals, response to tenders, grant applications, business plans and RFP's Manage BD requests/communication with potential and return clients Arrange region-based tours to expand network and meet with potential clients Design, generate and deliver high level BD reports Arrange and coordinate client visits, fee & contract negotiations Prepare and manage client and consultant contracts
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications: 10+ years proven international experience in Business Development for an international design firm in real estate, architecture, or other creative industries, with experience in the Australian market Extensive and established client network in the Australia and APAC region Excellent command of written & oral English (Mandarin skills a plus) Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team player mentality Works with a high attention to detail and sense of responsibility Professional, efficient, and extremely diligent Highly developed skills in marketing and client communication Interested in growing professionally through a hands-on approach Self-disciplined and confident in a complex international environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Contact Working conditions are according to Australian legislation.
