We are looking for a talented experienced Senior CDM Advisor to join our team in our London studio. In this role, you will be expected to manage a mixture of bespoke architectural projects, with the aim of taking on new business in the future. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are compliant with the CDM regulations, and you must have the ability to plan, manage, and monitor pre-construction phases.
You will be working with various internal delivery project team members and client contacts. You will also collaborate with the design teams to identify, eliminate, and control risks in the design phase.
