This is our pledge to meet an ambitious goal: the elimination of all greenhouse gases from our work by 2030.Your Role As a Gensler Senior Finance Data Analyst for our Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) region, you will be responsible for financial analysis for the region’s turnover and financial business practices.  You will be successful because you are highly organised and financially rigorous, analytical and with an excellent attention to detail.  You will join a team of highly creative, collaborative colleagues to ensure our work is financially soundWhat You Will DoAssist Regional Finance Director to build & develop, prepare and maintain management reports & dashboards to provide clear insights of performanceInvestigate, analyse, and interpret key drivers of variances to forecast while also considering historical performanceWorking closely with our Project Delivery & finance teams for financial accuracy & successProactive engagement, sharing finance with non-finance stakeholdersKPI analysisEvaluate, document and design optimised and standardised finance processesAct as lead analyst on complex special projects and/or ad hoc reporting requestsProvide training to project delivery & finance teams to develop independent analytical skillsYour QualificationsQualified or part-qualified statusMin 5 years exp in practiceExperience in financial analysis and accountingDemonstrate an ability to interpret informationKnowledge of the architecture or design industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory for strong candidatesStrong research and analysis skillsExcellent working knowledge of advanced Excel and other MS tools including Power QueryKnowledge of Deltek Vision, Anaplan, Power BI and Tableau a plusWillingness to learn and to try new thingsFinancial rigour, analytical ability and attention to detailEffective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Life at GenslerGensler Asia-Pacific and Middle East is committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through our Five Strategies.
