Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our client's esteemed team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in luxury residential or hospitality design, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, a passion for design, and a keen eye for detail. The role requires the ability to travel internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all design stages, from conceptual development to technical detailing and approval of supplier shop drawings.
• Develop and produce detailed conceptual design presentations to support the senior design team and creative director.
• Prepare concepts, mood boards, and design presentations using digital and traditional media, particularly Adobe InDesign.
• Produce technical drawings and tender packages in AutoCAD.
• Select materials and finishes, developing detailed designs accordingly.
• Manage the selection, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of FF&E.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
• Seek and share inspiration from diverse sources to support creative design solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent design skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of interior design.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong team player capable of managing multiple tasks across various projects.
• Self-motivated, organized, and efficient in work processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; experience with 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Corona is advantageous.
• A minimum of five years' experience as an interior designer or interior architect, with extensive experience in luxury high-end residential, marine, or hospitality projects.
