Senior Marketing Coordinator

Senior Marketing Coordinator ZGF is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Seattle office. We are looking for a driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow their professional marketing career in a creative, high energy, collaborative, and fun-loving team-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate will come from an architecture, engineering, or construction background and be comfortable with technical language from these environments.The base compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, dependent on education and experience. This position is also eligible for an Annual Profit Share Bonus.As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will…Excels at QA/QC for all collateral before it is sent to clients. Updates and iterates our content libraries and ensures access to current information.Helps track and maintain marketing meeting actions.Schedule and follow up for all go no go meetings.Supports general marketing activities, marketing resources, and systems.Maintains and updates CRM database regarding business development activities.Identifies, monitors, and tracks pursuit opportunities via newspapers, websites, FebBizOps, and others.Research clients, market trends, and background information associated with business development.Develops and produces high quality qualification packages, proposals, and presentations: Supports interview rehearsal / preparation process.Serves as a resource and go-to person for project specific oversight, organization, and knowledge.Maintains marketing calendars and to do lists to meet deadlines and advise on production timelines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Experience in proposal preparation and proposal management is requiredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Deltek Vision, and Open Asset preferred.Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
