Who Are They Looking For? If you have a relevant degree in fields like sustainability, environmental science, or building services and have clocked in at least 5 years working in the residential construction industry, you're already on their radar. Experience in managing a team? That's another check in your favor. You should also be up-to-date with all the UK's regulations about energy and CO2 emissions.
