The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, contributing your expertise in technical design, project management, and client relations. The firm is seeking a talented individual with chartered status from CIAT, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and bonus skills in SketchUp and Photoshop.

In your second interview, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your Revit proficiency through a hands-on test.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate design and construction packages, collaborating with architects and designers.
• Ensure all projects comply with Building Regulations and demonstrate a solid understanding of construction methods.
• Manage multiple projects, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the consultancy.
• Travel across the region may be required to support the diverse range of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Chartered member of CIAT (or working towards chartership).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit skills will be tested).
• Additional skills in SketchUp and Photoshop are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques.
