What our clients typically ask for
Professional accountancy credentials: AAT qualified or ACCA / CIMA part- or fully qualified

Experience producing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and project-level cost reports (WIP) in a design, construction or professional-services setting

Fluency with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage 50 or Deltek Ajera, plus solid Excel skills for data analysis and dashboarding

Working knowledge of VAT, CIS, payroll and HMRC submissions, with the confidence to liaise with auditors and external advisers

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset that translates financial data into clear recommendations for directors and project teams

First-rate organisational and communication skills to balance month-end deadlines with ad-hoc queries from designers and bid teams
