Ability to author Employer Information Requirements (EIR) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP), audit models and manage common data environments

Up-to-date knowledge of BS 1192 / ISO 19650, asset information models and handover requirements

Confident communication and training skills—able to guide designers, contractors and clients toward a shared digital vision
