What our clients typically ask for
Proficiency in Revit for model authoring to at least LOD 300 (ideally LOD 400)

Skill creating and managing parametric families, shared parameters and clean naming conventions

Experience exporting coordinated drawings/ schedules and flagging clashes in Navisworks or Solibri

Familiarity with ISO 19650 workflows and common data environments such as BIM 360, Asite or Aconex

An eye for accuracy—able to read architectural, structural and MEP information and ensure geometry and metadata stay aligned

A collaborative attitude: comfortable taking direction from BIM Coordinators and feeding back model issues to project teams
