Strong meeting-chair skills: setting agendas, driving actions and holding consultants to programme

Familiarity with BIM-enabled workflows (Revit, Navisworks) plus common-data environments such as BIM 360, Asite or Aconex

Commercial acumen: translating QS feedback, site constraints and investor requirements into practical design decisions
