What our clients typically ask for
A seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects, ideally within the property and construction industry.
Experience across all project stages, from feasibility and design development through to construction and handover.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage clients, consultant teams, and contractors effectively.
Expertise in programme management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
A solid understanding of contract administration (e.g., JCT, D&B).
A relevant degree or industry qualification (e.g., Construction Project Management, PRINCE2, APM).
Adaptability to work across diverse environments, whether leading a design team, managing digital workflows, or representing a developer client-side.
