What our clients typically ask for
A degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainable Design.
Professional accreditation as a BREEAM Assessor/AP, LEED AP, or WELL AP is highly desirable.
Proven experience developing sustainability strategies for projects, including conducting building performance simulations (e.g., IES VE, PHPP, Ladybug/Honeybee).
Expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and embodied carbon calculations using tools like One Click LCA or similar.
A strong understanding of passive design principles, circular economy, and UK environmental policy and Building Regulations (especially Part L).
Experience writing sustainability statements for planning applications and managing environmental assessments.
The ability to work collaboratively, advising and influencing design teams to achieve ambitious sustainability targets.
