- Establishing and leading recurring technology-related meetings such as client BIM engagement meetings, contractor BIM coordination, clash detection sessions, or digitally enabled design review sessions as needed.
- Depending on the size of the project/program, leading a team of model managers and BIM specialists to ensure that the digital delivery is cohesive and standardized across the program delivery mechanisms.
- Partnering with consultants and our clients to ensure that the digital health of the models is maintained, and digital collaboration is supported as needed.
- Responsible for identifying additional technology opportunities to be leveraged on the project, leading to better client outcomes and advancing firm expertise.
- The digital technology manager, in partnership with the Design Technology team, be responsible for the successful rollout of these new technologies on the project.
- Working with the Design Technology team to bring new technologies to design teams and bring design & delivery insight to the broader organization.
