S&T Market Leader II

CannonDesign has an exciting opportunity for a Market Leader II for the S&T Market based in our Chicago office. We are looking for creative, curious, empathetic people to join our Living-Centered Design movement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will lead the S&T Market for the Chicago office, responsible for developing and leading high-performance diverse teams. You will contribute to the success of the firm in areas of business development, client engagement, mentoring, and advancing the quality of work. You will focus on activities supporting practice growth, client leadership, market brand enhancement, and practice support.

AREAS OF FOCUS
Practice Leadership: Responsible for advancing strategic initiatives and client pursuit discussions.
Top Line Development: Focus on growing the top line of the practice by identifying and pursuing new target clients.
Client and Team Leadership: Lead by example and serve as a client leader.
Understand the Market: Identify future market trends and opportunities for growth.
Bottom Line Success: Collaborate to ensure bottom line initiatives are successful.
Staff Development: Assess, mentor, coach, and recruit staff to build a high-performance team.

ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related engineering field preferred. Must have 15 years of experience in the S&T Market with strong leadership and business development skills.
