What You Will Do
Create and submit new job requisitions in Workday Recruiting ATS.
Assist with summer internship program, participate in recruiting events and support campus recruiting activities as needed.
Assist with creating offer letters and support managing candidate experience.
Manage all aspects of interview scheduling and hiring process: coordinating phone, video, and onsite interviews, partnering with EAs and Studio Coordinators for efficient scheduling, and rescheduling/problem-solving as needed to ensure a seamless process.
Provide administrative support to the Southwest Talent Acquisition Manager, including meeting requests, meeting agendas/notes/recaps, firmwide initiatives, presentation development, expenses, and other various TA projects and assignments.
Prepare and post recruitment ads on industry websites, and maintain social media posts for external recruitment efforts.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in designing new tools and processes to enhance candidate experience and ensure compliance.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in human resources or talent acquisition.
1+ years of coordination experience, Talent Acquisition or HR (preferred).
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
A high degree of competency in data confidentiality required.
Knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred).
MSFT Office Suite (PowerPoint proficiency required).
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment.
Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting.
Compensation
Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $60,000 – $70,000 annually + bonuses + benefits.
