Provide quality control and review of schematic, design development, and construction documents. Exercise critical and creative judgement and design application skills in preparing client presentation materials. Review work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual. Generate construction plans and details, delivering complete, accurate, and coordinated project documentation and design details while organizing quality control and keeping compliance with project scope, schedule, and cost. Execute code analysis for building, zoning, life-safety, and applicable agency reviews. Maintain awareness of evolving building technology and developing systems. Assist in preparing reports, specifications, plans, cost estimates and calculations, construction administration duties, and change orders as needed. Issue bid documents and reviews shop drawings, material samples, and CD’s for conformance with design. Participate and collaborate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups. Demonstrate strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance. Mentor staff. Coordinate effectively with partners and consultants.
