Your structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making will complement your ability to work with minimum supervision as a collaborative team member. Required Skills and ExperienceCIAT or RIBA Registered At least five years post-qualification experienceDemonstrable experience in leading the delivery of production packagesProficient in Revit with at least three years’ continual use in practice as the primary design/delivery toolGood knowledge of construction and building lawKey ResponsibilitiesProduce effective working drawing packages with the minimum of supervision Advise on environmental and building regulatory requirements affecting the projectA good understanding of current and future fire regulationsAdvise on materialsCarry out designer risk assessments (CDM)Co-ordinate with other consultants/colleagues, disseminate information to team members and negotiate with statutory bodiesEnsure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirementsCo-ordinate detailed design informationLiaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authoritiesUse latest Revit Level 2 BIM processesAble to provide CoBiE dataProgramme work schedules and carry out inspections at various stagesSource technical information, buildability awareness, carry out Health and Safety Risk assessments, prepare tender reports and recommendations, carry out measured surveys and implement and work to QA proceduresBenefitsSalary: Competitive City Centre salary based on experience Working hours: 37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)25 days holiday plus public holidays, increasing with serviceSupport with career progression and educationBUPA Health Cash PlanAnnual bonusIn return we offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours and a hybrid working pattern of home/office in a great studio close to transport links.This is a great opportunity to join our highly creative and ambitious team and be part of a design-led progressive practice.If this sounds like it could be the role for you, please apply through our careers site.
