Technology Project Manager ZGF seeks a highly motivated and experienced Technology Project Manager with Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience to lead our software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with teams to deliver successful projects. This role will involve working with a cross-functional team of technical and non-technical staff, vendors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.As a Technology Project Manager you will...Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, plan, scope, budget, goals, timelines, and deliverables supporting business objectives.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, resource allocation, and project plans.Manage project progress and risks and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors deliver on time and within budget.Manage transition and change management pre, during, and post-project implementation.Qualifications:5-7 years of recent experience in technology project managementBachelor's degree Prior proven experience managing an ERP implementation from start to end in a project-based organization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and engage cross-functional teams.Technical background, including experience with managing large-scale, firmwide technical projects.Proven ability to manage complex projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.Experience with ERP software such as Deltek or Microsoft DynamicsProfessional certification such as PMP from PMI will be preferred.Apply with:ResumeCover letter ZGF Architects LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
