Role Overview: As a Mid-weight Urban Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing large-scale masterplans and shaping the urban context of significant architectural projects. You’ll work closely with design studios and an interdisciplinary team to deliver projects from concept to completion. This position offers the opportunity to engage in complex urban strategies and influence the future of cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design studios to deliver masterplans and urban projects at various scales.
• Develop innovative and strategic urban design solutions in line with the practice's design ethos.
• Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize computational design tools to enhance project outcomes, ensuring precision and forward-thinking solutions.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and reports for internal and external use.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in large-scale masterplanning and urban design projects.
• Strong computational design skills and proficiency in Space Syntax is highly desirable.
• Technical expertise in software such as GIS, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
