The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Architectural Assistant (Part II) designing and delivering a range of exciting projects across all RIBA work stages. Creative and a strong communicator, you will be working on the preparation of detailed design drawings and working drawings, as well as assisting on presentations, planning applications and bids. You will be key to supporting our working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers. About You Recently achieved or expected to achieve RIBA recognised Part two architectural qualificationRevit experience preferred Innovative development of design solutionsProficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and MS OfficeStrong communicator who can work collaboratively and effectively within a teamKnowledge of the factors involved in developing an architectural project in a commercial environmentAssist on presentations, planning applications and bidsWork on the preparation of detailed design drawings and working drawingsBe self-motivated and able to plan and manage your own timeUK university/work experience essentialIn return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible working hours and a hybrid working pattern of home/office in a great studio close to transport links.
