To complete our team in London we are seeking for immediate employment as Office Manager and Project Assistant (100%) You take on all assistance, administration and secretarial duties related to the daily office and project operation such as receptionist, handling and filing incoming and outgoing documents physically and digitally, invoicing and accounting, scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel plans, office supplies, IT equipment maintenance, and daily liaison with our Basel Headquarters as well as the London office premises landlord’s facilities management team would be necessary. The position is intended for a person with a minimum of 5 years’ full-time experience in a secretary, office manager or project administrator position, strongly preferably in an architecture, design or construction site office. Academic training in accounting and basic knowledge about HR, Health & Safety codes and standards would be preferrable. You possess proactive and flexible working attitude, clear and precise organizational skills, efficient communication skills, being a good team player and ability to work independently. Good Microsoft Office skills are required, further-more, you are fluent in English (both speaking and writing), since this position is very international, and English is our company language.
