**Job Description**
As a Project Financial Analyst you support cost activities from daily operations, engineering and procurement to program investments on client retail sites. You provide the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control and report on cost for own operations team, client and throughout the company organization.
We are looking for a pro-active team player who can strengthen a client program-oriented operations team and further standardize and structure activities within our finance team.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Supports areas of workload including OPEX and CAPEX programs and small works; requiring regular liaison with Project and Operation Managers, local Finance teams and Data team. Occasional liaison with suppliers, contractors and client, with local meetings where necessary.
+ Supports daily finance administration: reviewing third party invoices and invoicing in client system. Manages correctness of data flow in 3 systems E2E.
+ Supports monthly closure of accounts in client’s financial system and monthly reporting of OPEX and CAPEX, incl forecasting of the remaining budgets.
+ Collects updates, produces spend and cost management reports with initial analysis helping operation teams to manage yearly and per program budgets.
+ Assets under construction review / update / capitalize in client’s financial systems
+ Reports Accident & Damage cases on client sites to client’s insurer.
+ Integrates cost and reporting with the company's accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
+ Supports yearly planning of budget and resources.
+ Supports KPI reporting to client.
**Qualifications**
+ Financial degree
+ Minimum 5 years of experience working in facility management engineering, procurement and construction projects in a cost control or finance assistant position.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookups & Pivot Tables and Power BI.
+ Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Attention to detail and quality.
+ Improver mindset.
+ Be proactive and open.
+ Fluency in English and Dutch.
+ Experience in use of ERPs - SAP/Oracle etc.
+ Experience with Purchase and General Ledger
+ Experience with large amount of data analysis
