**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a Procurement Support Center Supervisor to support our ANZ Region based in Manila, Philippines.

**Job Description:**
+ Provide leadership and direction to the Procurement Support Center Associates to ensure timely and accurate processing
+ Supervise associate workload to maintain superior customer service to internal customers
+ Focus on maximizing productivity improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies
+ Accountable for adhering to AECOM process policies and procedures
+ Proactively work with cross-functional partners to meet goals
+ Drive system and process enhancements.
+ Plan, coordinate, manage, and optimize Procurement Support Center activities of the team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
+ Supervises the vendor prequalification process
+ Supervises the auditing of subcontractor certifications
+ Supervises PSC Process documentation maintenance
+ Manages purchase order generation, change order process, and payment terms issues
+ Prepares reports (KPIs/SLAs) for the identification of continuous improvement activities
+ Verifies policy compliance for receipt and invoice approval
+ Assists with complex requisition support
+ Validates complex direct procurement requisitions
+ Supports review of invoices and resolution of discrepancies
+ Provides assistance with project accounting query resolution
+ Provides input on decisions that affect the Procurement Support Center
+ Report out on metrics to the Team Associates
+ Support staffing and performance evaluation
+ Recommend learning and development needed for the PSC team
+ Assists in the evaluation of disputes with vendors
**Qualifications**
+ Coupa experience is preferred but not required.
+ Process Improvement initiative is highly encouraged.
+ BS/BA in procurement/Accounting/Finance or related field
+ 6 years Procurement/Supply Chain experience
+ Excellent communication and team management skills
+ Highly self-motivated and directed
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
+ Exceptionally customer service oriented
+ Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
+ Knowledge of Coupa, CLM or other systems preferred
+ Process focused, results oriented with time management and motivational skills
+ Strong organizational skills and coaching aptitude – ability to successfully lead high performance team
