**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a Source to Pay Process Lead to be based in Manila, Philippines

**Job Description:**
The role is responsible for managing the full function of Source to Pay (S2P) including handling the team and ensuring that processes are developed and all activities are completed timely and accurately.
+ Provide excellent service delivery to the business by achieving target metrics for the timeliness, quality, and productivity in BAU activities
+ Review and post Accounts Payable batches (Invoice Processing)
+ Review Cash Book entries and bank instructions prior to payment authorization. (Disbursements)
+ Review and approve supplier set up in ACCPAC and Oracle. (Supplier Data Management)
+ Support the compliance review of Employee Center requests for ANZ and Asia; contact AECOM requestor/PM or supplier to resolve the outstanding issues. (Supplier Data Management)
+ Oversee the Travel and Entertainment Expense Process for Cash Advance, Expense Claim, and Credit Card; ensure outstanding items will be communicated and resolved timely. (Travel and Entertainment Expenses)
+ Assist in helpdesk resolution – internal & external customer service queries (Helpdesk)
+ Ensure all EOM processing is completed in a timely and accurate manner and all unallocated items are cleared from the GL. (ANZ Reporting)
+ Support internal and external audits
+ Ensure all periodic clean-ups will be completed as scheduled
+ Analyse reports for SLA and KPI trends and thresholds for baseline measurements.
+ Assist in system implementation and policy changes driven by the management team
**People Management**
+ Identify and analyze complex issues and recommend solutions or alternatives.
+ Act as – a first-level escalation point for Source to Pay questions and issue resolutions ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner Responsible for escalating the issues further as and when necessary.
+ Provide regular performance and operational progress reports to managers to ensure issues are being flagged in a timely manner and ensure performance/operational gaps are addressed.
+ Responsible for the implementation of the team’s business continuity plan.
+ Recommends resource planning solutions for changing resource loading and work volumes.
+ Sets performance and behavioral expectations. Conducts regular reviews, provides feedback and coaching, and other developmental, training and learning opportunity plans to ensure the success of the individuals within the team.
+ Lead short-term projects and supports medium to long-term projects and contribute to long-term initiatives planning.
+ Develop strong stakeholder relationship by ensuring escalations are managed effectively and proactively and elevating it further as and when necessary.
+ Ensure team and Source to Pay process compliance to AECOM policies and procedures and delivery of service level agreements as agreed with the Manager.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses
+ At least 5 years’ experience in the end- to- end Source to Pay Process (Invoice Processing, Disbursements, Vendor Maintenance, T&E and Helpdesk
+ At least 2 years’ experience in people management
+ Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
+ Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.
+ Experience working with ERP (e.g., ACCPAC, Oracle, Fraedom) is an advantage or other similar platforms and tools
