The Vietnamese Micro-Community features modular housing, commercial spaces and a community centre. The buildling skin features every kind of building service that is extracted out on to the facade.
The community centre focuses around attracting Londoners to learn more about Vietnamese culture as well as providing recreational spaces for the residents. The roof garden is a sustainable element of the project.
