**Your Opportunity**
Stantec is currently seeking a BIM Designer to support our location in Bellevue, WA. The position requires experience with 3D/BIM design applications with emphasis on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Experience with other Autodesk software from AEC collection, Bentley MicroStation and Microsoft Office are also preferred.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Production of 3D models and construction drawings of multiple disciplines working side by side with local and remote CAD/BIM teams and engineers.
+ Ensuring drawing quality control with respect to Stantec and Client Standards.
+ Working independently or in collaboration with other project team members depending on project’s needs.
**Qualifications**
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
+ Experience with Revit Architectural module, Civil 3D and Navisworks considered a plus!
+ The candidate needs to have the skill necessary to produce professional quality drawings that are in correlation with Stantec or Client Standards.
+ The candidate shall possess strong computer CAD skills with the Autodesk products noted above, with emphasis on Revit.
+ The candidate shall work well in an in-house team and national environment. The job requires full time work at the local Bellevue office.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
+ Prioritize objectives to meet deadlines effectively under pressure.
+ Ability to prepare complete, concise, and organized engineering BIM models and Construction Drawings.
+ Strong willingness to be a part of a large global engineering company, and to work with teams in other offices around the world.
+ Experience producing 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Revit.
**Education and Experience**
+ Associate’s Degree or Technical Diploma in computer drafting and design or equivalent.
+ 2 to 4 years’ experience in the development of 3D BIM models and 2D construction drawings for mechanical/structural engineering projects.
+ Experience in wastewater, dams, or hydroelectric, water, related projects preferred.

**Salary Range(s):**
* $26.44 Per Hour - $37.02 (WA location only)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
