We Have a Rich History We take pride in our 100-year history. Our name is associated with seven listed buildings, including rare post-war listed structures. We were pioneers in establishing a creative community in Southwark, now renowned for landmarks like Tate Modern and Borough Market. With offices in the North (Leeds and Manchester), we are one of the top ten UK-owned architectural practices, attracting top talent from around the world.

At tp bennett, we believe in responsibility. We have a commitment to the environment, our staff, end-users, and communities. We engage in pro bono work for charitable organizations such as the Prison Reform Trust. Our outreach program collaborates with local schools, institutions, and cultural organizations.

Heritage We take pride in our long-standing expertise in listed buildings, built heritage, and conservation.

As a practice, we have been involved in seven listed buildings and have worked on numerous historic structures both domestically and internationally. Our projects have included work at UNESCO World Heritage sites in Libya and Ghana.

Our ethos centers around creative reuse, breathing new life into redundant historic buildings and enhancing their unique sense of place. Drawing on our in-house skills and experience, as well as collaborating with a network of conservation specialists, we are well-positioned to revive the past and shape the future.
