Now, let's talk about your skills. You'll need to be a BIM Lead with Bentley OBD and MicroStation expertise, and experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM360 tools would be a plus. A high level of BIM standards awareness, previous knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise, and excellent knowledge of NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems are also essential. Being highly computer literate, a skilled presenter, and having a working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types is a must.

When it comes to qualifications and experience, you should be RIBA, ARB, or equivalent registered Architect with experience in the UK Building Regulations. Experience in the transport and technology sectors, as well as working with clients, contractors, and multi-disciplinary design teams is important. Bonus points if you've worked across multiple projects providing BIM and Technical support.
