Now, they're on the lookout for an Architect who's passionate about design and excited to collaborate on some key mixed-use projects. You'll be working on large-scale luxury retail projects in China (ranging from 150,000 to 800,000 sqm) and taking them from concept design to completion. As a key team member, your job will be to balance design, technical ability, and efficiency to create beautiful and technically sound architectural projects.

Here's what they're looking for: someone who can analyze the brief, plan their own project work, and produce top-quality designs. You'll be working with, directing, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with external design parties. Plus, you'll have the chance to work with different disciplines like interior design, installation, and branding.

To be the perfect fit, you'll need 5+ years of architectural design experience delivering mixed-use projects globally. You should be able to confidently take responsibility and deliver packages from concept design to developed design and follow up throughout the construction process. Expert level knowledge of AutoCAD and Rhino is a must (BIM delivery expertise preferred).
