In this role, you'll be part of a project team and work under the guidance of an Associate Director or Director. You might work on projects from inception to completion or on specific stages, depending on the project's needs. Your responsibilities will include design studies, production of project information, presentations, technical and product research, attending meetings, and assisting with contract administration.
As for technical skills, you should be a Revit whiz and have experience in materials and construction details. You'll also need to coordinate with different disciplines, engage with construction stages, understand sustainable design principles, and have solid technical and delivery knowledge.
But wait, there's more! You'll also need to manage your workload, maintain quality, understand appointment documentation, and be a pro at communicating your ideas both graphically and in writing.
