A proven track record across all RIBA work stages on traditionally procured projects (having previously delivered a residential project from start to finish is a must!)
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-Part 3 experience
Familiarity with central London planning authorities (preferred but not a deal-breaker)
Excellent communication skills (since you'll be working directly with clients)
The ability to oversee multiple projects
Microstation skills (preferred, but not a must-have)
A solid understanding of construction detailing (including working with existing buildings)
