We're looking for someone with solid BIM Lead Bentley OBD and MicroStation skills, as well as experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM360 tools. You should have a high level of BIM standards awareness and practical experience. Plus, we'd love to see your skilled presentation abilities, both verbally and visually, and your knowledge of UK building systems, regulations, and town planning procedures.

As for qualifications, you'll need to be a RIBA, ARB, or equivalent registered Architect with experience working within the UK Building Regulations. It's also important that you have experience in the transport and technology sectors and have worked collaboratively with clients, contractors, and multi-disciplinary design teams.
