We are currently working this amazing opportunity with a top-tier national architectural practice that's making waves in the industry. Sounds impressive, right?

Well, guess what? They're looking for a BIM Manager with an architectural background to join their team in London or Sheffield. They need someone with exceptional BIM/digital skills and a deep understanding of modern digital construction concepts. You'll be working with their Corporate BIM Manager and Technology Director to help implement company standards, support their strategic BIM direction, and provide Revit training for the whole group.

Some other things you'll do in this role:

Help resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
Raise awareness of BIM within the company
Identify new BIM technologies and implement them where appropriate
Liaise with industry bodies and clients to maintain their position as a leader in the field
Promote sustainability strategies and full integration in the design process

To excel in this position, you'll need:

Advanced knowledge of Revit and associated software/platforms (ArchiCAD, Solibri, Navisworks, NBS Chorus, etc.)
Good working knowledge of COBie, Uniclass 2015, and BIM-related BS, PAS, and ISO 19650 documents
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
Knowledge of DFMA/MMC processes
Any nationally recognized BIM qualifications would be a bonus, but not essential
