Now, they're looking for someone who's got a passion for design and is eager to collaborate on some key mixed-use projects. Imagine working on large-scale luxury retail projects in Asia (from 50,000 to 300,000 sqm!) and taking them from concept design to completion. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for balancing design, technical ability, and efficiency to create innovative and technically feasible interior architectural projects.

Here's what they're looking for: someone who can analyze the brief, plan their own project work, and produce awesome designs. You'll be working with, directing, and mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with external design parties. Plus, you'll have the chance to work with different disciplines like signage, installation, and branding.

To be a great fit, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of luxury design experience delivering mixed-use projects globally. Expert level knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD is a must (Visualisation/FF&E delivery expertise and knowledge of REVIT preferred). Mandarin speaking is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker. And of course, excellent communication skills are essential.
