They're searching for a talented Project Architect to join their team in central Leicester, London, or Bristol. So, let me tell you more about this role. They're looking for a passionate and dynamic architect who's ready to take their career to the next level. You'll be joining their expanding architectural team and focusing on the education sector, working on new build projects valued upwards of £40 million. Sounds exciting, right?

As a Project Architect, you'll be working under the Project Director and leading the whole design team on project delivery through all stages. Your goal will be to ensure a high-quality service and the best design and technical solution for the client. Plus, you'll have the chance to enhance your design and technical skills and all-round knowledge, with plenty of support and guidance to help you grow.

A few things you'll be doing in this role:

Leading and shaping projects through all stages
Communicating with the client and project team members
Organizing and chairing meetings and project reviews
Keeping the project director or senior architectural lead informed

Now, let's talk about what you'll bring to the table:

RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration
A full UK driving license
Experience leading small to medium non-complex projects across various sectors and design stages
Proficiency in REVIT and ability to express your design ideas through hand drawings or rough sketching
