Project Architect for Forward-Thinking Design at a London Studio

In this role, you'll work on a landmark, mixed-use residential and commercial development, breathing new life into a listed building with contemporary additions. We're particularly interested in candidates with Stage 4/5 site experience. You'll manage projects, showcase your excellent design skills, and collaborate with site and project managers. Plus, you'll play a part in developing junior team members and contributing to practice-wide initiatives.

To thrive in this position, you should have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, be proficient in Revit, and have knowledge of Fire Safety regulations. Waterproofing experience would be a fantastic bonus. Strong design and drawing skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude are essential. Experience in contract administration and legal issues is also important, as well as confidence in liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
