We are working with a fantastic London-based architectural practice that puts people at the heart of everything they do. They're on the lookout for someone like you who has proven experience in delivering new building, high-end, low-energy residential projects.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assist with the development of the architects' designs, coordinate and communicate technical information, and provide detailed design solutions. You'll work on-site, liaise with the design and construction teams, and stay up-to-date with the latest construction methods, materials, and technology.
It's essential for you to have strong Revit skills and an understanding of building services and regulations. Ideally, you'll have PHI certification, manual drawing skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
This practice is not only supportive and diverse, but they also offer some awesome benefits like flexible working arrangements, the option to buy extra annual leave, and Vitality Health Essentials. Plus, they're dedicated to your growth and development, offering weekly CPDs, mentoring programs, personal development budgets, and more.
So, if you're ready to join a sociable, friendly, and inquisitive team that values learning, don't wait! Get in touch, and let's chat about how you can make a significant impact on this amazing practice.
