Imagine being a vital part of the team, focusing on interior architecture and base build for large-scale luxury retail projects in China, with sizes ranging from 150,000 to 800,000 sqm. Your role will involve striking a balance between design, technical ability, and efficiency to create projects that are both visually striking and technically sound.

It's essential that you have a good understanding of mainland China's local codes and construction processes, and speaking Mandarin would be a definite plus. With at least 8 years of architectural design experience, you'll be able to confidently assist the project lead and work collaboratively with other disciplines like interior design, installation, and branding. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, and being proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino is vital.
