Are you a Senior Architect?

I'm working with a high-end residential architectural and interiors design practice in Wandsworth, London, that's making waves in the industry. They've won the Sunday Times Best Family Home award two years in a row, and they've just moved into swanky new offices overlooking the river. With some fantastic new commissions on the horizon, they're ready to expand their team—and that's where you come in!

They're looking for a Senior Architect to work closely with the Head of Creative Design, taking full responsibility for designing new houses and extensions to period properties, mainly in the South-West London area. You'll be the go-to person for clients throughout the entire process, from briefing and design to pre-planning stages. Plus, you'll liaise with cost consultants and other professionals, preparing drawings, plans, and documents for feasibility studies and pre-planning applications.

To shine in this role, you should have:

Solid expertise in high-end residential new builds and period refurbishment projects
Excellent design, presentation, and technical ability
A proven track record of running projects from start to finish
High proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketchup, 3D rendering, In-Design & Photoshop
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Advanced knowledge of NBS Specification, UK British Standards & Building regulations
Experience managing projects on-site, within budget and on schedule
A commercially savvy mindset with an understanding of budgets and construction costs
Great communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor
