If you have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and exceptional design and detailing skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. They're looking for a team player who can take charge of mixed-use residential projects from feasibility through to delivery, and work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you'll be involved in medium to high-density residential-led mixed-use projects, tackling everything from early-stage design to planning and implementation. You'll need a strong understanding of mixed-use residential design, UK building regulations, and efficiency standards for private and affordable housing. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit is essential, and an interest in current residential development trends such as BTR and offsite construction is highly desired.
