We're partnering with the UK's leading custom home manufacturer, (we can't name them here, but trust us, they're awesome) to find a proactive and highly organized Part 3 architect to join their team in London.

Imagine being part of a project that involves a one-off custom build home in Highgate, where you'll be the crucial link between the office and the site, making sure everything runs smoothly and the home is built to perfection. Sounds challenging but rewarding, right? And here's the cherry on top: you'll get to work with the latest construction technology and digital communication tools to create a masterpiece of a home!

This 10-month fixed-term contract is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable site and construction experience. And who knows? You might just end up joining their fabulous London office team afterward (depending on workload, of course).

You won't be expected to get your hands dirty with any actual construction, but your responsibilities will include managing design information on site, tracking and reporting progress, assessing subcontractors' work, and supporting the carpentry team, among other things.

And the digital tools you'll be provided with? Oh, they're fantastic! You'll have access to the full BIM model on site, augmented reality BIM tools, 360 camera uploads, a laptop, and a bunch of other cool stuff to make your job easier and more efficient.
