Can you manage the creation of 100-unit housing plans in Revit? Tired of being confined to the final stages of projects and eager to dive back into design work? Founded in the late 1990s, this intimate, award-winning design studio is seeking an architect to oversee a newly approved housing project. As the project progresses, you'll have the chance to spearhead the design of various other sophisticated endeavors in the office, including but not limited to educational, mixed-use, and community-driven projects, frequently incorporating modern interventions and renovation elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day lead on a new build 100 unit housing scheme.
• Report to associate/studio director on project timeline.
• Coordination with contractors and consultants,
• Oversee a team of 2 on production information in Revit.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experienced architect with demonstrable UK experience in a technical job- running role.
• Experience working on mid - large scale housing schemes in the UK at RIBA stages 3–6.
• Experience supervising works on site and liaising with contractors.
• Excellent Revit knowledge with considerable practical experience
