Are you currently working as a BIM coordinator or have aspirations to be one!
If so, I've got an incredible opportunity that I think you're going to love. I'm working with an award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice (I have to keep their name under wraps for now) that's on the lookout for a super talented BIM Coordinator to join their fantastic team. This practice is all about making sure their staff are well taken care of, and they've even won some prestigious awards for it. Trust me, this is a place where you can truly grow and reach your full potential.
This company is based in London, and they're experts in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and visualisation. They work on a variety of projects both in the UK and overseas, and they're particularly known for their residentially-led mixed-use schemes. They've got a knack for transforming listed buildings and brownfield sites into something truly spectacular.
Now, let's talk about you. To be the perfect fit for this role, you'll need to be an Architect or an Architectural Technician/Technologist with at least 3 years of UK professional work experience as a BIM Coordinator. You should be well-versed in Revit and have experience in model auditing and clash detection simulations. Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks skills are a must, and having experience with BIM level 2/ISO 19650 projects and knowledge of Solibri, Vectorworks, and Dynamo would be a huge plus.
You'll be responsible for setting up models and projects, coordinating BIM on large projects, and ensuring compliance with project standards. You'll also play a crucial role in managing the administration of a CDE, reviewing and approving information/models, and representing the practice at BIM meetings. Plus, you'll be helping out with project team support and training.
On the strategic side of things, you'll be researching and developing new design tools and technology to boost productivity, as well as testing project information production methods and procedures. If you're into developing efficient workflows and shaking things up a bit, this is the perfect gig for you.
I'm telling you, this opportunity is too good to pass up. So, if you're keen on learning more, why not shoot me your application, and we can chat about it further? Trust me, you won't regret it!
