• Establishing a long-term partnership with the environmental charity City of Trees, involving fundraising efforts, hosting charity talks, and participating in tree planting initiatives to create enhanced "third space" areas
• Regular contributions to NHS fundraising events, recently supporting Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Warwick Hospital
• Collaborating with social enterprises to facilitate public consultation and encourage active resident participation in our regenerative housing projects
• Actively engaging with the Football Supporters' Association, providing guidance to smaller sports clubs such as Dulwich Hamlet FC, AFC Rushden and Diamonds, and Shrewsbury Town FC on site development, compliance assessment, and engagement with developers
