Urban designers – Winchester office Our multi-disciplinary urban design team is looking for experienced and talented urban designers with 5+ years professional experience and a degree in Architecture or Urban Design to assist with our masterplanning and speculative housing services, delivering exemplary schemes in varied sizes and settings. Candidates should have experience in developing masterplans, preparing outline and detailed planning applications, and the development of houses and mixed use buildings. Candidates should be capable of operating alone and managing small teams, and should have the ability to design by hand and on computer.  Experience of operating ArchiCAD is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. No prior experience of traditional or classical architecture is necessary provided individuals have a passion for the work we do.
