**AECOM** is seeking a Construction Management Intern to be based in Denver, CO.
_This position is expected to start May 2023._
An intern will be a member of the ALSLR construction management team. In this role, the intern’s roles and responsibilities include:
+ A combination of in-office and field work to support construction management.
+ Work under the supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member.
+ Review and understand contract documents and specifications for the work being performed.
+ Provide clear and concise communications to the Contractor and Construction Management Team.
+ Conduct themselves with professionalism and composure to interact with client customers while representing the client.
+ Work frequently with the public to successful complete tasks.
+ Document all work being performed by the Contractor using electronic forms.
+ Critically think and problem solve to resolve issues that arise from work.
+ Review, understand, and enforce contract documents and specifications.
+ Currently pursuing a college degree in construction management or engineering.
+ Must have completed 2 year of study
+ Must possess a valid driver's license.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing, and standard office software.
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
+ Sponsorship is not available for this position.
+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, and experience. The salary range is $16.52 – $28.90/hr.
