**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a passionate Sustainability Planner to be based in Denver, CO and part of our Sustainable Planning Team in Denver and AECOM’s global Climate Advisory Team.
**Job Summary/Responsibilities**
+ Manage sustainability and ESG plans for multiple client types including city, county, and private entities
+ Provide leadership in sustainability / resilience / decarbonization consulting for multiple client types to help client’s meet their goals. Conduct and facilitate early-stage Charrettes to assist clients with establishing project goals
+ Guide our in-house disciplines to identify opportunities to meet client’s sustainability goals and requirements and comply with third-party rating system requirements when applicable
+ Prepare materials in support of master plans, community plans, sustainability plans and other regulatory and policy planning projects
+ Identify sustainable and resilient planning strategies including addressing environmental stewardship, social and governance opportunities
+ Manage planning projects, including budgeting, staffing, client coordination and timelines
+ Coordinates public engagement, stakeholder workshops and other elements of the public process for planning documents and project approvals
+ Write and present formal and technical reports, working papers and sustainable master plans
+ Provide graphic and GIS support for planning projects
+ Develop plans, documents and sustainable strategies with strong writing and communication skills
+ Provide support on LEED and/or Envision and/or WELL Building Standard consulting
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Envision SP credential and/or LEED Green Assoc./LEED AP credential
+ Experience with GIS
+ Master's Degree
+ 8+ years experience of project experience

+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $112,000.
