**Job Description**

**AECOM Leeding Builders Group** has opportunities in New York City for experienced MEP Project Managers with experience in vertical construction.

+ Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.

+ Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.

+ Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum** **Requirements:**

+ BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering or similar curriculum and 6 years of demonstrated experience in Construction MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Management for a large general contractor or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

**Preferred** **Qualifications:**

+ Experience with a larger General Contractor (GC) in the vertical construction market as an MEP PM.

+ Project experience to include high rise commercial, residential and/or hospitality.

+ Experience overseeing construction projects with multiple sub-contracted trades.

+ Experience with construction management documentation.

+ Ability to interact with clients as well as construction management.

+ Experience with construction documentation, construction management systems (CMIC) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

+ Experience in MEP phases of the project, to include pre-construction on at least one sizeable project.

+ Offered rate of compensation (New York City only) will be based on individual education, qualification, experience and work location. The salary range for the position is $112,706.14 - $208,506.37 annually.
